Duquesne & Questionpoint
Promotion is key:
During active promotion, their usage spiked.
They do one hour reference shifts on their desk with text, chat & email as well.
We'll have some video of the QR talk, and Joe Murphy (but we have to wait until we get back to upload it. On a related note, Sprint can't find West Virginia so I am glad I brought back-ups!)
